Yogurt muffins with strawberries - soft and moist muffins with chunks of fresh strawberries.

| millet flour | 60 gram |
| oat flour | 60 gram |
| canola oil | 2 tablespoon |
| baking powder | teaspoon |
| strawberries | 150 gram |
| lemon juice | tablespoon |
| natural yogurt | 150 gram |
1. set the oven to 180 degrees (top down).
2. wash strawberries and remove stalks.
3. mix the egg to a fluffy paste. Slowly add xylitol while still mixing. Add yogurt, lemon juice and oil and continue mixing.
4. finally add flours with baking powder and mix the mixture on low speed.
5. add strawberries cut into small pieces and flavoring and mix.
6. pour the mixture into muffin tins - 2 tablespoons of batter per muffin.
7. bake for 30 minutes.
