Ingredients

cream flavoring drop
egg piece
xylitol 1/2 cup
millet flour 60 gram
oat flour 60 gram
canola oil 2 tablespoon
baking powder teaspoon
strawberries 150 gram
lemon juice tablespoon
natural yogurt 150 gram

Preparation process

1. set the oven to 180 degrees (top down).

2. wash strawberries and remove stalks.

3. mix the egg to a fluffy paste. Slowly add xylitol while still mixing. Add yogurt, lemon juice and oil and continue mixing.

4. finally add flours with baking powder and mix the mixture on low speed.

5. add strawberries cut into small pieces and flavoring and mix.

6. pour the mixture into muffin tins - 2 tablespoons of batter per muffin.

7. bake for 30 minutes.
