White borscht - a traditional Polish soup based on sour rye starter and white sausage.

Ingredients

garlic clove
bay leaf do smaku
marjoram do smaku
carrots 2 piece
butter 1/8 package
pepper do smaku
parsley 1 piece
dried parsley tablespoon
allspice 5 piece
whole hen eggs 2 piece
cream, 12% fat 3 teaspoon
lemon juice 4 teaspoon

Preparation process

1. peel carrots, grate them on a large-mesh grater.

2. cut onion and parsley in half.

3.We put the vegetables in 1 liter of boiling water and cook until soft.

4. take out the onion and parsley.

5. add chopped garlic, marjoram, allspice, bay leaf and lemon juice to the stock. Cook for about 10 minutes.

6. take off the heat, cool slightly, then combine with butter and cream. Season to taste.

7. cut cooked eggs and put on plates, pour borscht, sprinkle with parsley.
