Vegetable tartare - a fresh and refreshing recipe for tartare without meat.
| avocado | 0.5 piece |
| balsamic vinegar | 1 teaspoon |
| olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
| red bell pepper | 0.25 piece |
| black pepper | 1 dash |
| tomato | 1 piece |
| chives | 1 tablespoon |
| salt | 1 dash |
| lemon juice | 1 tablespoon |

1. scald the tomato, peel the skin, cut into cubes along with the cucumber, squeeze out excess juices.
2. add finely chopped bell bell pepper and chives.
