Vegetable spaghetti with zucchini and peppers - a healthy version of an Italian classic for dinner.
| zucchini | 0.5 piece |
| garlic | 2 clove |
| red bell pepper | 0.5 piece |
| parsley root | 3 teaspoon |
| tomato | 1 piece |
| salt | 1 dash |
1. using a vegetable peeler or make zucchini noodles.
2. Transfer to a dry skillet and sauté over low heat until zucchini lets go of juice.
