Ingredients

lemon 2 cup
garlic 1 clove
olive oil 1 tablespoon
tomato 1 piece
salt 1 dash
garden dill 1 tablespoon
brook trout, fresh 100 gram

Preparation process

1.Wash and dry the gutted trout.

2. cut the lemon into thin slices. Place a few slices on a baking tray and on top of them the trout, cut with a sharp knife, season with salt. Inside the trout I put the remaining few slices of lemon and chopped dill.

3. I squeeze the juice from the lemon, add to it the olive oil and pressed garlic. I stir for a while. I pour the marinade over the trout inside and outside.

4.Preheat the oven to 220°C. Put the baking tray with the fish and sliced tomato (or a handful of cherry tomatoes). Bake for about 25 minutes.
