Roasted trout with brown rice - a composition of ingredients ideal for dinner.
| lemon | 2 piece |

| canola oil | 1 tablespoon |

| brown rice | 50 tablespoon |
| salt | 1 dash |
| garden dill | 1 tablespoon |
| brook trout, fresh | 100 gram |
1.Wash and dry the gutted trout.
2. cut the lemon into thin slices. Place a few slices on a baking tray and on top of them the trout, cut with a sharp knife, season with salt. Inside the trout I put the remaining few slices of lemon and chopped dill.
3. I squeeze the juice of 1 lemon, add to it oil and pressed garlic. I stir for a while. I pour the marinade over the trout inside and outside.
4. preheat the oven to 220°C. Put the baking tray with the fish and sliced tomato (or a handful of cherry tomatoes). Bake for about 25 minutes.
5. cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
6. baked trout is tender, juicy and light. Serve it whole with cooked rice.
