1. remove pumpkin seeds and cut into cubes. Boil a pot of water and cook the pumpkin cubes for 10 minutes until they are soft.
2.Meanwhile, combine and blitz one banana, oat milk and agave nectar.
3. then add the cooked pumpkin and continue blending.
4. pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with the remaining banana, pecans, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and cinnamon.
