Ingredients

eggplant 150 gram
cinnamon do smaku
garlic 1 piece
dates 75 gram
pomegranate 150 gram
couscous 125 gram
olive oil 1 teaspoon

almonds 40 gram
vegetable yogurt 100 gram

Preparation process

1. prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
