Zucchini and cheese sushi - unconventional sushi for vegetable lovers.
| zucchini | 0.5 piece |
| mustard | 0.5 teaspoon |
| black pepper | 1 dash |
| parsley root | 1 tablespoon |
| camembert cheese | 60 gram |
| salt | 2 dash |
| lemon juice | 2 tablespoon |
| honey | 0.5 teaspoon |
1. wash zucchini, if it has a hard, old skin - peel. Using a vegetable peeler- peel the zucchini further into thin and as wide strips as possible. Sprinkle the zucchini with a little salt.
2. cut the cheese into posts. Wrap each post in zucchini, so as to form vegetable-cheese-sushi. Pin with a toothpick.
3. prepare sauce: mix lemon juice with honey, mustard, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley. Arrange the rolls on a plate, pour the sauce over them.
