| olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
| ground sweet paprika | 1 dash |
| black pepper | 1 dash |
| salt | 1 dash |
1. wash and dry the yams and cut them into thin slices.
2. Mix the sliced yams with spices and rub with oil.
3. Place on a baking sheet on baking paper flat. Bake in a preheated 150 degree oven for about 20 minutes, then at 100 degrees for about 15 minutes. The chips should be crispy. Be careful not to burn them.
