Ingredients

yam piece
onions 1/4 piece
curry tablespoon
garlic clove
coconut milk 250 milliliter
olive oil 2 tablespoon
cayenne pepper 1/2 tablespoon
parsley root do smaku
water 250 milliliter
lime 1/4 piece
fresh ginger 2 slice
fresh spinach handful
complete by juice plus vegetable soup 2 package
red lentils 50 gram
skimmed milk 250 milliliter
sprinkle of chili flakes do smaku

Preparation process

Step 1: Prepare and cook the vegetables.
- Prepare all the vegetables, making sure they are peeled, chopped or grated - ready to use!
- Next, take a large pot, pour in olive oil and place it over medium heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the onion, garlic and ginger and fry for a few minutes until soft.
- Add the yams and lentils, stirring to make sure nothing burns.
- Add cayenne pepper and curry powder, stirring gently for another minute.
