Warming soup of red lentils and yams - rich in protein and vitamins soup for cold days.

Step 1: Prepare and cook the vegetables.
- Prepare all the vegetables, making sure they are peeled, chopped or grated - ready to use!
- Next, take a large pot, pour in olive oil and place it over medium heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the onion, garlic and ginger and fry for a few minutes until soft.
- Add the yams and lentils, stirring to make sure nothing burns.
- Add cayenne pepper and curry powder, stirring gently for another minute.
Step 2: Add even more of the good stuff!
- Add all the liquids and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the Complete by Juice Plus+ vegetable soup. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the lentils and sweet potatoes are cooked.
Step 3: Make it look delicious!
- Remove from the heat, pour the soup into two large bowls.
- This part is completely optional - take some fresh spinach, parsley or cilantro and chili flakes, sprinkle the soup on top to make it look like it's on instagram.
Serve with a quarter of a lime and enjoy!
