Ingredients

zucchini 40 gram
garlic 2 clove
semolina 3 tablespoon
carrots 1 piece
canola oil 4 tablespoon
parsley 2 teaspoon
tomato 2 piece
lettuce 4 leaf
salt 1 dash
sesame, seeds 3 tablespoon
white beans, dry seeds 7 tablespoon

Preparation process

1. pour water over white beans, can also be red, overnight; set aside. The next day, cook until tender.

2. peel carrots and zucchini, grate on a coarse grater.
