Vegeterian bean burger - filling and full of protein.

1. pour water over white beans, can also be red, overnight; set aside. The next day, cook until tender.
2. peel carrots and zucchini, grate on a coarse grater.
3. peel and chop the onion and garlic.
4.Heat a frying pan, add oil, garlic, onion and chopped parsley.
5. fry the whole thing stirring until the onion becomes soft. Add carrots and sauté stirring, then add zucchini.
