Vege cauliflower soup - a light and nutritious dinner option.

| dill | 1 tablespoon |
| bay leaf | 1 piece |

| canola oil | 1 tablespoon |

1. peel the onion, chop finely.
2. peel carrots, potatoes, wash and dice.
3. remove the green part of the leek. Cut the white part into rings, wash.
4. wash cauliflower, cut into smaller pieces.
5. heat oil in a frying pan, add onions and fry. Pour water (about 300-400 ml for 1 serving), add vegetables along with bay leaf and allspice. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
5. season with salt and pepper. Pour the finished soup onto a plate, sprinkle with dill.
