Vegan waffles - delicious and crispy without the addition of eggs and milk.
| vanillin sugar | 1 tablespoon |
| canola oil | 7 tablespoon |
| baking powder | 1.5 teaspoon |
| salt | 1 dash |
| almonds | 1 tablespoon |
| erythrol sugar | 2 tablespoon |
| flax, seeds | 4 teaspoon |
| graham wheat flour, type 1850 | 15 tablespoon |
1. grind flaxseed with a coffee or nut grinder.
2. put the ground seeds in a bowl and pour 6 tablespoons of water, mix thoroughly. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
3. pour the flour into a bowl, add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar. Mix everything together.
4. then add the flaxseed made earlier, vegetable oil and 1 and 1/3 cup of water.
5. blend everything with a mixer until smooth, just until the ingredients are combined.
6. Preheat your waffle iron and bake the waffles for about 6-7 minutes. Once they are baked, set aside on a metal griddle for a few moments.
