Vegan tofu skewers - grilled pieces of tofu in a flavorful marinade.

Ingredients

zucchini piece
garlic 2 clove
spicy mustard 2 tablespoon
oil 5-6 tablespoon
red bell pepper 2 piece
black pepper do smaku
cherry tomatoes 3-4 piece
soy sauce tablespoon
agave syrup 2 tablespoon
salt do smaku
tofu 2 package
coriander, seeds teaspoon
sprig of rosemary piece

Preparation process

1. a few hours or the day before grilling in a blender dish, blend all marinade ingredients.

Marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons of spicy mustard
  • 2 Tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small sprig of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
  • salt and black pepper

2) Cut the tofu into large cubes, pour the marinade over it and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours in a tightly sealed bag or plastic container.

3.On the day of grilling, cut vegetables into large pieces gently rub with oil and sprinkle with salt, score on skewer sticks alternately with marinated tofu.
