| chia seeds | 3 tablespoon |
| maple syrup | 1 tablespoon |
| almonds | 1 tablespoon |
| almond milk, unsweetened | 1 cup |
1. mix vegetable milk with maple syrup and chia seeds and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
