Vanilla yogurt with chia marmalade - the perfect breakfast for everyone.
| frozen raspberries | 100 gram |
| chia seeds | 1 tablespoon |
| vanilla stick | 1 cane |
| sweetener (stevia, erythrol or similar to taste). | do smaku |
| coconut flakes | 15 gram |
| vegetable yogurt | 250 gram |
1. place frozen raspberries in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. add desired amount of sweetener and let cool.
3. mix a tablespoon of chia seeds with the raspberries and place the marmalade in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
4. place yogurt in a bowl and mix with coconut flakes.
5.Grate a vanilla stick with a knife and add its contents to the yogurt and coconut.
6.Finally, spread the chia marmalade over the yogurt and serve with the coconut flakes.
