Ingredients

frozen raspberries 100 gram
chia seeds 1 tablespoon
vanilla stick 1 cane
sweetener (stevia, erythrol or similar to taste). do smaku
coconut flakes 15 gram
vegetable yogurt 250 gram

Preparation process

1. place frozen raspberries in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

2. add desired amount of sweetener and let cool.

3. mix a tablespoon of chia seeds with the raspberries and place the marmalade in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

4. place yogurt in a bowl and mix with coconut flakes.
