1. soak beans overnight in water. On the second day, replace the water, cook the seeds.

3.Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and onion, fry. After a while, add celery and carrots. Add spices, fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add canned tomatoes and pour in broth. Cook until the vegetables are soft. Toward the end, add the cooked beans.
