Ingredients

oatmeal 90 gram
maple syrup 1 tablespoon
peanut butter 20 gram
strawberries 2 handful
almond milk, unsweetened 380 milliliter

Preparation process

1. wash the strawberries and set some aside to use as a garnish. Blend the remaining strawberries with almond milk to a purée using a kitchen blender.


2. combine the strawberry milk with the oatmeal and maple syrup in a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.


3. slice the remaining strawberries, transfer the oatmeal to bowls and garnish with strawberry slices and peanut butter.
