Strawberry oatmeal - a healthy and filling breakfast with a fruity touch.
| oatmeal | 90 gram |
| maple syrup | 1 tablespoon |
| peanut butter | 20 gram |
| strawberries | 2 handful |
| almond milk, unsweetened | 380 milliliter |
1. wash the strawberries and set some aside to use as a garnish. Blend the remaining strawberries with almond milk to a purée using a kitchen blender.
2. combine the strawberry milk with the oatmeal and maple syrup in a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. slice the remaining strawberries, transfer the oatmeal to bowls and garnish with strawberry slices and peanut butter.
