xylitol 60 gram
gelatin 40 gram
strawberries 400 gram
natural homogenized cheese 400 gram

Preparation process

1. pour cold water over the gelatin (just to cover it) and leave it until it swells. Then heat on a burner until it dissolves.

2) Blend 300 g of strawberries with a blender to a smooth paste.

3. add homogenized cheese and xylitol and blend until fluffy and smooth.

4. add gelatin and mix.
