Halibut steamed - an excellent way to prepare the tender meat of the fish.

| parsley root | 1.5 teaspoon |

| garden dill | 1.5 teaspoon |
| albacore halibut, fresh | 100 gram |
1. season the fish with a pinch of salt, black pepper and lemon pepper. Then sprinkle with a squeeze of lemon juice and marinate for 1 hour.
2. wash the dill and parsley, finely chop and sprinkle generously over the halibut.
3. steam the fish for 15 minutes.
4. serve with the remaining dill and parsley and lemon slices.
