Salmon with avocado salsa - a combination of tender fish and creamy avocado.

| salmon, fresh | 100 gram |
1. peel the onion and cut half of it into small cubes.
2.Pour over it the juice squeezed from half a lemon and leave it for a while (this will help the onion lose its biting aftertaste).
3) We cut the avocado into cubes. Wash the tomato, remove the seed nest and also cut into cubes.
4.We put avocado, tomato and sprinkled onion in a bowl. Add coarsely chopped parsley leaves. Season with salt and pepper and juice squeezed from the other half of the lemon. Mix thoroughly and test if the salsa is salty enough.
5.Season the salmon with salt and fry on both sides.
6.Place the fish on plates and place a heaping tablespoon of avocado salsa on top. Serve with cooked beans and lemon cut in quarters - sprinkled with it, the fish is even better.
