Salmon in sesame - an Asian touch in a traditional fish dish.
| lemon | 0.5 piece |
| garlic | 1 clove |
| parsley root | 1 teaspoon |
| white rice | 60 gram |
| cold-pressed canola oil | 1 tablespoon |
| salmon, fresh | 100 gram |
| sesame, seeds | 1 tablespoon |
1. sprinkle the salmon with a little lemon juice and rub with pressed garlic and set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wrap the salmon in aluminum foil and pour canola oil over it.
3. bake the salmon for 10 minutes, then open the aluminum foil and sprinkle it with sesame seeds. Bake another 10 minutes, (while the fish is baking, cook the rice and drain it).
4.Chop the parsley leaves finely, grate the zest from the lemon and squeeze the remaining juice from it, then add these ingredients to the rice and mix.
