Baked fish in tomatoes with roasted potatoes - a delicious dinner option.

1. wash the fish, dry it. Peel the onion along with the garlic, finely chop.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan, simmer onions on it, after a while add garlic. Simmer until the onion is glassy.
3. add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
4. stir the whole thing, add basil and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
5.Transfer the fish to a casserole dish, pour the tomato sauce over it.
