broccoli 50 gram
onions 0.15 piece
zucchini 0.2 piece
garlic 0.5 clove
frozen green peas 35 gram
sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon
olive oil 1 tablespoon

Preparation process

1. boil peas in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.
