Cocktail with pumpkin and cocoa - an unusual combination of pumpkin and deep flavor of cocoa.

| pumpkin | 50 gram |
| plant milk | 180 milliliter |
| pumpkin seeds | tablespoon |

1. soak dates in warm water for a quarter of an hour.
2. Meanwhile, place the peeled pumpkin pieces on an oven tray and bake until soft at 200 degrees C. Then shred the pumpkin with a fork or blender to a smooth purée.
3. put the dates together with half a cup of milk, cocoa, baked and crushed pumpkin, and spices (you can add a pinch of ginger, cardamom and cinnamon) into a blender dish. Blend everything into a smooth and velvety smoothie.
4) Heat the remaining milk (you can froth it if you have the option).
5. put the frothed milk on top. This smoothie will taste even better with roasted pumpkin seeds in a fat-free pan.
