garlic 0.5 clove
buckwheat groats 4 tablespoon
carrots 1 piece
canola oil 1 tablespoon
spinach 1 handful
salt 1 dash
chicken - breast, skinless 75 gram
garden dill 1 tablespoon
white cabbage 1.5 leaf

Preparation process

1. chop the spinach. Dice the onions.

2. Fry the onions in a small amount of oil, then add the spinach and pressed garlic.

3. put the ground meat from the chicken breast into a bowl. Add to it onions with spinach and season to taste. Mix it thoroughly.
