1. chop the spinach. Dice the onions.
2. Fry the onions in a small amount of oil, then add the spinach and pressed garlic.
3. put the ground meat from the chicken breast into a bowl. Add to it onions with spinach and season to taste. Mix it thoroughly.
4. form small cutlets and fry in a fat-free skillet.
5. chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Mix carrots with cabbage, add a little oil. Season. Optionally, you can sprinkle the salad with lemon juice.
6. cook groats according to the instructions on the package. Mix it with dill.
7. serve the cutlets with groats and salad.
