Ingredients

vanilla flavoring 1 teaspoon
avocado 1 piece
maple syrup 5 teaspoon
salt 0.5 dash
lemon juice 3 teaspoon
coconut milk 3 tablespoon
pistachio nuts 50 gram
coconut water 1/4 cup

Preparation process

1. peel the avocado and separate it from the seed. Then slice and put into the bowl of a blender.

2. soak peeled pistachios in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Set aside some of the dry pistachios for garnish.
