Pistachio pudding - a delicate flavor for nut lovers.
| vanilla flavoring | 1 teaspoon |
| avocado | 1 piece |
| maple syrup | 5 teaspoon |
| salt | 0.5 dash |
| lemon juice | 3 teaspoon |
| coconut milk | 3 tablespoon |
| pistachio nuts | 50 gram |
| coconut water | 1/4 cup |
1. peel the avocado and separate it from the seed. Then slice and put into the bowl of a blender.
2. soak peeled pistachios in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Set aside some of the dry pistachios for garnish.
3.Pour the soaked pistachios into the blender bowl, add maple syrup, coconut water, a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, lemon juice and cream (top part) of coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
4. separate the pudding into two jars and put in the refrigerator for min. 30 minutes.
