Ingredients

garlic 0.5 clove
turmeric 1 dash
black pepper 0.5 dash
lemon juice 1 tablespoon
tahini 0.7 tablespoon
water 15 milliliter
salt 0.5 dash
canned chickpeas 85 gram
ginger root 5 gram

Preparation process

1. Drain the chickpeas and pour them into the bowl of a blender. Add grated fresh ginger, lemon juice, tahini paste, garlic, ground turmeric, salt and pepper.
