Greek-style eggplant - Mediterranean flavor in one dish.
| eggplant | 1 piece |
| fresh basil | 1 handful |
| olive oil | 1 teaspoon |

1. wash the eggplant, dry it.
2 Cut it lengthwise into 1 cm thick slices. Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper and salt.
3.Grill it on both sides on a grill pan.
4.Wash the tomatoes, along with the olives, cut them into halves.
5. Sprinkle the grilled eggplant slices with crumbled feta cheese. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and olives on them. Season with oregano, decorate with basil leaves.
