1. peel the onion along with the garlic, cut into cubes.
2.Heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic in it, add the rice.
3. peel and grate the carrots, add them to the pan along with the chopped peppers. Fry for a while, then add the rice and continue to fry. Stir every now and then, when the rice is glazed, add half of the broth and fry until the rice absorbs the liquid. Repeat the process.
4.At the end, add spices: chopped chili peppers, soy sauce, curry.
