Fit chocolate cheesecake with cherries - a combination of dark chocolate and sour cherries in a healthy cheesecake.

1. grind the cottage cheese in a food processor 2 times or blend it thoroughly with a blender.
2.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
3. In a bowl, mix eggs to a fluffy paste, add xylitol and continue to mix on high speed.
4.Then slowly add oil, cheese and mix the ingredients until smooth.
5.Finally, add the millet flour, baking powder, cocoa and flavoring (optional). Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
6. transfer the cheese mixture to a baking pan greased with coconut oil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes.

3 Put it in the refrigerator for a while to let the sauce thicken slightly. (If it gets too stiff you can reheat it).
4. take the cake out of the oven wait until it cools down and pour the slightly thickened sauce with cherries.
