| vegetable broth | 4 cup |
| garlic | 2 clove |
| cauliflower | 1 piece |
| ground romaine cumin | 1 teaspoon |
| canola oil | 1 tablespoon |
| ground black pepper | 1 dash |
| parsley | 1 teaspoon |
| tahini | 2 teaspoon |
| salt | 1 dash |
| lemon juice | 1 tablespoon |
1. cut cauliflower into florets, pour olive oil over them. Transfer the cauliflower to a casserole dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes until the cauliflower is lightly brown.
2. slice garlic and sauté in the pot.
