Cauliflower with chicken - a perfect combination for lovers of vegetables and meat.

1. cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
2.Divide cauliflower into smaller pieces and cook semi-hard in boiling water.
3. chop leek into half moons and fry in hot oil along with pressed garlic.
4. cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces and add to the pan.
5. scald the tomato, peel off the skin, slice and add to the chicken, leek and garlic. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
6. add the cauliflower, cooked al dente beforehand, to the pan as well. Add parsley and your favorite spices, e.g. curry, turmeric, sweet paprika, chili. Stew for a few minutes covered, stirring from time to time.
7. Serve the finished dish with pre-cooked rice.
