Carrot French fries - a healthier version of traditional snacks for children.

Ingredients

carrots 250 gram
olive oil 2 tablespoon
salt 0.5 dash

Preparation process

1. preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper.

2. peel the carrots and cut off the ends. Then cut into bars (as for French fries).

3. place the carrots in a large bowl. Mix them thoroughly with olive oil, salt and pepper.

4. spread the carrots evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.

5. flip the carrots to the other side and bake for about 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven. After cooling, you can sprinkle the carrots with fresh mint.
