Broad beans with chanterelles and fresh parsley - an aromatic hot dish.
| broad beans | 3 handful |
| onions | 1 piece |
| chanterelles | 2 handful |
| butter | 1 tablespoon |
| canola oil | 1 tablespoon |
| black pepper | 2 dash |
| parsley root | 1 tablespoon |
| salt | 1 dash |
1. cook broad beans until tender, cool and peel.
2. Fry onions in oil, season with salt and pepper and add chanterelles. Fry until the chanterelles release their juice and begin to blush.
3) Add butter and fry for about 1 minute more.
4. season and mix with peeled broad beans.
5. sprinkle the whole thing with fresh parsley.
