Berry smoothie with melon on coconut milk - refreshment and taste of summer in one.
| melon | 250 gram |
| coconut milk | 0.5 cup |
| chia seeds | 1 tablespoon |
| bee honey | 0.5 teaspoon |
| berries | 0.5 cup |
1. peel melon and cut into smaller pieces. Rinse the berries in a strainer under running water.
2.Put all ingredients into the bowl of a blender, add honey, chia seeds, coconut milk and blend until desired consistency is reached.
3. pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve garnished with berries.
