Baked swiders with olives and eggplant - Italian flavors in your kitchen.
| eggplant | 0.5 piece |
| olive oil | 2 tablespoon |
| marinated green olives | 3 tablespoon |
| tomato | 2 piece |
| feta cheese | 200 gram |
| salt | 1 dash |
| eggless semolina pasta | 400 gram |
1. cook pasta in salted boiling water according to the recipe on the package, preferably semi-hard. Let cool.
2.We rinse tomatoes under running water and cut into halves.
3) Cut the eggplant into cubes, while crumble the feta.
4.We mix cheese with drained olives.
5.Sprinkle the pasta with a small amount of olive oil, mix with olives, tomatoes, eggplant and shredded cheese. Season to taste with salt, coarsely ground pepper and put into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with oregano.
6 Bake for about 20 minutes at 150°C.
