Ingredients

broccoli 40 gram
lemon 0.25 piece
garlic 1 clove
canola oil 1 tablespoon
red bell pepper 0.5 piece
tomato 0.5 piece
spinach 2 handful
salt 0.5 dash
salmon, fresh 100 gram

Preparation process

1. wash the salmon, pat dry, season with salt, pepper, rosemary and sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon.

2. pour spinach into an ovenproof dish, add chopped garlic, drizzle with oil and mix.

3. on the spinach arrange the salmon (skin side down) and next to it arrange the vegetables (broccoli florets, sliced peppers, tomato slices).

4. bake at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes.
