Avocado with smoked salmon - a luxurious snack for special guests.

| salmon, smoked | 120 gram |
1. preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Use a teaspoon to enlarge the hole left by the seed so as to place a piece of salmon.
3. Place the avocado on a baking sheet and add salt and pepper (a pinch of salt and pepper for each avocado half). Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, prepare a salad: mix spinach leaves with diced cucumber and radish. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds (you can roast them in a dry pan).
