Avocado with salmon and egg - a luxurious meal full of healthy fats.

| salmon, smoked | 60 gram |
1. preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Use a teaspoon to enlarge the hole left by the seed so as to place a piece of salmon and an egg yolk along with a small amount of egg white.
3 Place the avocado on a baking sheet and add salt and pepper (a pinch of salt and pepper for each avocado half). Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
