Asparagus with parsley pesto - a special dish for special occasions.

Ingredients

garlic 1 clove
olive oil 2 tablespoon
parsley root 6 teaspoon
tomato 1 piece
asparagus 4 piece
salt 2 dash
pumpkin, seeds 3 tablespoon

Preparation process

1. peel the asparagus, cut into smaller pieces and cook in water with a pinch of salt.
